Project Functional Closet

I read somewhere today that closets are one of the rooms in a house that feeds someones ego. I wouldn't know, since I've never used mine for anything other than toy storage.
the old dresser has fallen into disuse.... Mostly. The drawer is currently serving as a shoe rack.


The Goal? Make a functional closet. Hardly an indulgence.... It's really a shame to waste such a beautiful space.
We picked up an ancient full length mirror at a yard sale for $5. it needs a new back, and we're going to paint it a lighter color. Right now it's a dark wood.
The goal is to have an open, clean, functional, peaceful space. I'll blog as I go.
