Why are human beings so intent on friendship? Socialization that has nothing to do with reproduction?
I ask this with complete rhetoric. But seriously, WHY? I realize of course that there's a billion scientific answers to that question that aren't at all beyond my comprehension.
Sometimes I just wonder why we're so compelled to put ourselves through hell when we don't even get any babies out it.
